We ship Japanese snacks and candies from Japan to selected international destinations.

Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.

Shipping Origin

All orders are shipped from Japan.

We currently ship to selected international destinations.

If your country is not available at checkout, we may not be able to ship to your location at this time.

Shipping Carriers

Orders may be shipped using international carriers such as DHL, FedEx, Japan Post, or other available shipping services.

The carrier may vary depending on the destination country, package size, shipping conditions, and available services at the time of shipment.

Order Processing Time

Orders are usually prepared within 2 to 5 business days after payment is confirmed.

Please note that Saturdays, Sundays, and Japanese national holidays are not counted as business days.

Orders placed during weekends or Japanese national holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Estimated Delivery Time

After your order has been processed and shipped, international delivery usually takes around 5 to 10 business days.

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on the destination country, customs clearance, local delivery conditions, weather, holidays, and carrier delays.

Sakura Candy Co. is not responsible for delays caused by customs, local authorities, carriers, weather conditions, or other circumstances outside our control.

Tracking Information

When tracking information is available, we will provide it after your order has been shipped.

Please note that tracking updates may take some time to appear after shipment.

Customs, Duties, VAT, and Import Taxes

Import duties, VAT, customs fees, and other local taxes may be charged depending on your country’s regulations.

These fees are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer unless they are clearly collected at checkout.

If duties or taxes are not collected at checkout, you may be asked to pay them upon delivery.

Sakura Candy Co. cannot control customs procedures and is not responsible for delays, inspections, or fees charged by customs authorities.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please make sure your shipping address, phone number, and email address are correct before placing your order.

If a package cannot be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information, additional shipping fees may apply.

If the package is returned to us, shipping fees and related costs may not be refundable.

Refused, Unclaimed, or Returned Packages

If a package is refused, unclaimed, abandoned, or returned due to unpaid duties, unpaid taxes, incorrect address information, or failure to receive the package, shipping fees and related costs may not be refundable.

Additional costs for reshipment may be the responsibility of the customer.

Heat-Sensitive Products

Some products, such as chocolate, soft candy, cream-filled snacks, or other heat-sensitive items, may melt, soften, or change texture during warm seasons or international shipping.

To protect product quality, we may temporarily stop selling or shipping certain heat-sensitive products during hot seasons.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package appears to be lost or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos if applicable.

We will review the situation and do our best to help.
