Food Product Returns

For safety and hygiene reasons, we generally do not accept returns of food products, snacks, candies, or edible items.

Because our products are food items, we cannot accept returns simply because:

You no longer want the product

You do not like the flavor

The product packaging design changed slightly

The item was delayed due to customs or local delivery conditions

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery.

Clear photos of the outer package

Clear photos of the damaged or incorrect items

A description of the issue

We will review the situation and do our best to provide a suitable solution.

Depending on the situation, we may offer:

Melted or Heat-Damaged Products

Some products, such as chocolate, soft candy, cream-filled snacks, or other heat-sensitive items, may melt or change texture during warm seasons or international shipping.

We may temporarily stop selling or shipping certain heat-sensitive products during hot seasons.

If you choose to purchase heat-sensitive items during warm weather, please understand that melting, softening, or minor changes in texture may occur during delivery.

Order Cancellations

If you want to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

If your order has not yet been processed or shipped, we may be able to cancel it.

Once your order has been processed, packed, or shipped, we may not be able to cancel it.

Customs, Duties, and Delivery Refusal

Import duties, VAT, customs fees, and other local taxes may be charged depending on your country’s regulations.

These fees are the responsibility of the customer unless they are clearly collected at checkout.

If a package is refused, returned, abandoned, or undeliverable due to unpaid duties, incorrect address information, or failure to receive the package, shipping fees and related costs may not be refundable.
